Alex Collins MCIAT

Alex is one of the founding directors of Alexander James Associates Ltd and is a CIAT Chartered Architectural Technologist. He is primarily responsible for promoting leading architecture and excellent design within the practice, ensuring that there is a true understanding of a client’s brief and aspirations for a project and realising a design that meets them.

 

Alex has worked within the construction industry for over a decade, successfully delivering a wide variety of refurbishment, remodelling and new build projects, within the residential (private and social), commercial, education and ecclesiastical sectors. Alex also has extensive experience working on period buildings, listed buildings and on projects within conservation areas.

 

3D modelling, design and the utilisation of BIM is a core skill that Alex is committed to continually developing within the practice. Using a variety of the latest design software packages, Alex is driven to ensuring that the practice provides the highest quality designs to all of our clients, on all projects.
