In the press – Little Birches bungalow

Architect Lichfield bungalow remodel
We are delighted that our Little Birches bungalow project in Staffordshire has recently been featured on Love Renovate, an online platform for home renovators. You can find a link to the article on bungalow renovations by clicking here.

We were asked by our clients to re-design the space to incorporate a blend of contemporary and traditional architectural styles and we are so happy with the open plan design which complements their family focussed lifestyle.

If you have a similar project in mind or want to learn more about bungalow renovations, do give us a call to discuss your ideas and we will pop a (virtual) meeting in the diary.

Planning approval – Staffordshire rural office

Rural office Staffordshire planning permission
We are delighted that we have recently received planning approval for a rural office in a Staffordshire conservation area. The office space will be a traditional red brick, tile barn with a vaulted ceiling.

We have provided a number of services for our client including producing plans for planning permission, managing the discharge of planning conditions and the production of the working drawing package.

Planning approval – Four Oaks project

Four Oaks architectural services

We’ve been working on a proposal for an exciting residential architectural project in Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield. Our brief was to reconfigure and extend the layout of the property to make better, more efficient use of the space.

We are pleased to say that our proposal has recently been granted planning permission which is great news for our client and we are now working to develop the design into a full working drawing package.
